We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in a 100% remote position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities

  1. Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Take messages and provide information to callers as necessary.
  2. Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for the team. Ensure timely and efficient scheduling, including handling calendar conflicts and sending out meeting invitations.
  3. Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
  4. Monthly Newsletter: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, edit, and distribute the monthly newsletter. This includes content creation, layout design, and distribution to our subscribers.
  5. Social Media: Manage the social media accounts to maintain presence and grow the audience.
  6. CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and complete customer data. Support the sales and marketing teams with CRM-related tasks.
  7. Customer Support Ticket Management: Act as the initial point of contact for customer support inquiries. Record and manage customer tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administrative roles and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
